Non-functional Requirements

As well as the functionality the speech interface module should have, it should also conform to the following non-functional requirements:

1. Extendible and adaptable - the code should be simple to extend, modify and adapt. Code should be encapsulated using an object oriented approach.
2. Reliability - the interface should not be susceptible to errors from ViaVoice. Any errors should be reported whilst retaining stability.
